Bermuda Orders

Vibe Tribe operates on a preorder system designed to reduce waste and guarantee exclusivity.
Each capsule drop is produced in limited quantities, made to order, and shipped to Bermuda once production is complete.

  • Orders are processed once the preorder window closes.

  • Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery after the preorder window closes — though items often arrive sooner.

  • You’ll receive an email once your order has arrived in Bermuda and is ready for local delivery or pickup.

This system keeps local shipping costs low and ensures every piece meets our quality standards before it reaches you.

U.S. Orders

U.S. orders are fulfilled directly through our production partners, with no preorder window required.
Production begins as soon as your order is placed.

  • Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery once your order has shipped.

  • A tracking link will be emailed as soon as your order is on its way.

For Bermudians with U.S. addresses:
If you miss a preorder window for Bermuda delivery, you can still order through your U.S. shipping address at any time. This option gives you year-round access to our drops without waiting for local delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

📦 Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t reach you as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief note describing the issue (along with photos, if possible). Our team will review the situation with care and do our best to make it right.
