At Vibe Tribe Gombey Troupe, every capsule is created with intention. Because our pieces are made to order through limited preorders, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or missed preorder windows. Each item is produced specifically for you — helping us reduce waste and maintain the exclusivity of every drop.


Preorders and Made-to-Order Items

All preorder and made-to-order sales are final once payment has been processed.
Please review your order carefully before checkout, including item details, size, and shipping address.

If you realize there’s an error immediately after placing your order, contact us within 24 hours at vibetribegombeys@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist before production begins.

Once an item has entered production, we’re unable to make changes or issue refunds.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take pride in quality, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vibetribegombeys@gmail.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable).

After review, we may:

  • Offer a replacement for the affected item, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method if a replacement isn’t possible.

We handle each case individually with care and appreciation for your support.


Bermuda Orders

Since Bermuda orders are fulfilled in batches after the preorder window closes, cancellations are not accepted once production begins. Delivery timelines vary (typically 2–4 weeks after preorder close).

If your item is damaged in transit or does not arrive, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your delivery notice.


U.S. and International Orders

Orders fulfilled through our U.S. production partners begin processing immediately after purchase.
Because these are printed and shipped on demand, all sales are final unless an item is damaged or printed incorrectly.

Please contact us promptly with details and photos so we can resolve the issue with our production team.


💳 Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.


Sale and Limited Edition Items

All sale, clearance, and limited edition items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
